Traditionally done in the Cajun areas of Louisana and New Orleans it is a group experience and we offer it up in all it’s glory for 6 to 20 people.
Here’s how we do our Canjun Seafood Boil... we start with a giant pot of seafood and vegetables boiled in seasoned water. Normally we put Prawns, Crab, Mussels, Clams, Potatoes, Corn and Asparagus but you can pick any combination you like!
The communal tables are then lined with paper and when the boil is ready the contents are then poured directly on the table... then...everyone digs in!
